CUSTOMER SERVICE

Job Duties:
Takes inbound calls from customers and assists in handling day to day service issues
Screens and directs calls to the appropriate party
Follows up on member calls to ensure that questions and concerns are answered
Maintains integrity of paper and electronic files
Handles personnel information changes (addresses, phone numbers etc.)
Assists in new account enrollment for transportation services
Mails new hire packets
Receives and processes incoming documents
Works in a team environment
Processes incoming email
Data entry of members information into Avalon software
Orders office supplies when needed
Filing, making labels, copies, faxing etc.
Skills and attributes:
Experience: 2+ years
At least one year of call center experience is required
Expert level in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Must know how to create spreadsheets and handle mail merges
Excellent data-entry and typing skills
Strong phone skills required
Demonstrated skills in customer service, time management, organization and oral/written communication
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, strong attention to detail, good judgment, discretion, proactive work-ethic and well developed interpersonal skills are a must
Educational requirements:
Minimum of a High School Diploma
Hours from 8:30-5:00
Business casual dress
Smaller, team-oriented environment
